Steve D'Aiutolo
Steve is a senior mechanical engineering major at The College of New Jersey. For this year’s human powered vehicle competition he is the head frame designer. After graduation Steve intends to use his engineering degree to design roller coasters. When not studying in Armstrong Steve can be found on the track. He is a two year captain of the Men’s Track & Field team, and the triple jump school record holder for both indoor and outdoor track & field. Over his career he has been named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Most Outstanding Male Track & Field Athlete, a NCAA Academic All-American, CoSIDA Academic All-American, and a 9x conference champion.

Brian Dorward
Brian is a senior mechanical engineering student at The College of New Jersey. He is in charge of optimizing the steering and braking systems of the vehicle, ensuring that the vehicle is both stable and controls smoothly. In his spare time, Brian likes to stay active through sports such as soccer or basketball. He also enjoys watching ice hockey, despite the recent lockout. After graduation he would like to work in industry where he can have a significant impact on people’s quality of life.

Robert Searby
Robert is currently a senior Mechanical Engineering student. He is in charge of designing a streamlined fairing for the vehicle to create more efficient flow patterns while riding. On his spare time he enjoys competing in triathlons and going rock climbing. After graduation, he would like to pursue a master’s degree in thermal-fluid systems engineering or obtain a job working for the department of defense.

Mark Sidebottom
Mark is currently a senior Mechanical Engineering student at The College of New Jersey. He will be designing the Drivetrain for the vehicle as well as focusing on integrating an energy storage device with the vehicle. Mark is a captain of the varsity Cross Country team for the College. After Graduation, Mark plans to continue his education in graduate school where he plans to pursue a Ph. D in Biomechanics.

Tara Nealon
Tara is a sophomore mechanical engineering major at The College of New Jersey. She is here to help the team in the design process and in the construction of the vehicle, and will be competing at the competition in spring. Outside of the walls of Armstrong, she can be found running with TCNJ's varsity Cross Country and Track and Field teams.
Dr. Shou Rei Chang
Dr. Chang received his doctorate from the University of Massachussets Lowell in 1990. Dr. Chang is the main faculty adviser for this years team. He is also the Head Adviser for the TCNJ SAE Mini Baja Team.
Dr. Norman Asper
Dr. Asper received his degree from Ohio State University in 1969. He currently teaches TST 161- Creative Design. Dr. Asper is also an adviser for the ASME Solar Boat competition and has advised the ASME Electrathon Vehicle.
Dr. Lisa Grega
Dr. Grega received her Ph. D from Rutgers in 1995. Dr. Grega will be reviewing the fairing design of the vehicle. She is also the head adviser for the TCNJ Aero Design Team.
